Title I funding available for fall 2009

Find Title I funds available for your state and school district

The high level difference in these funds compared to the traditional Title I funds is that the ARRA guidance asks to improve education for academically at-risk students and to close achievement gaps for students in Title I schools by serving more students under Title I-A and to boost the quality of Title I services. This is the second 50% of the total ARRA Title I part A funds that are earmarked. $5B is to be distributed on 30 Sep 2009.

The dollar amounts shown on each page of ARRAfunding.com are based on data provided by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and the Congressional Research Service (CRS), or for specific states, that state’s education agency. In some cases the posted data are estimates, which may vary significantly from the actual amounts available.
